Meet Olaunda
Olaunda Green is the visionary behind OG Consulting Firm, where faith meets strategy to unlock purpose, growth, and transformation. As a coach, master trainer, dynamic facilitator, and sought-after speaker, Olaunda empowers individuals, couples, and organizations to grow with clarity, lead confidently, and live with intention.
Her work is anchored in three core pillars: mentorship, coaching, and training, all designed to create meaningful change in both personal and professional spaces. At the heart of it all, Olaunda is passionate about helping people become who they were created to be.
Outside of her work, Olaunda is a devoted wife of 20 years and proud mom to a 14-year-old daughter. She's a lover of travel, a self-proclaimed foodie, and always down for a good line dance. Her ability to connect across generations and cultures makes her a trusted voice in every room she enters.
Olaunda holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Education from North Carolina Central University and a Master of Arts in Counseling with a Life Coaching Cognate from Liberty University. She is also a certified SYMBIS (Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts) Facilitator and a certified master trainer through Leadership Trainer.
